What types of interpreting do you offer?

We offer three main services: In-Person Interpreting, Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), and Deaf-Blind Interpreting. Each service is tailored to meet specific communication needs in various settings.

You can request an interpreter by filling out our online request form or contacting us directly by phone or email. We’ll confirm your details and match you with the right interpreter for your needs.

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally at least 2 weeks in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible.

Yes. All of our interpreters are qualified professionals, many holding national certifications and specialized training for specific settings such as medical, legal, or DeafBlind interpreting.

Yes. We offer interpreting services 24/7 with prior scheduling. Additional rates may apply for after-hours or emergency requests.

We work with schools, hospitals, law firms, government agencies, event planners, private businesses, and individuals across a variety of industries.

Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted platforms, and many of our services are HIPAA-compliant for medical confidentiality.

While most of our in-person services are region-based, our VRI services can be provided anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Any time effective and clear communication is needed. Communication must be effective for all parties involved. The mode of communication should be decided upon by the Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard of Hearing consumer. 

According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other state and federal laws, places of public accommodations, including profit, non-profit and government entities, are required to provide effective communication for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals.
